About Mr. Stevens
For the past 19 years I have been a teacher here at St. Jerome School in grades 4-6 and have also served as the Student Council moderator. In addition to working for St. Jerome School, I have also worked for the City of Philadelphia Parks and Recreation department since 2004. I served as a group leader for Ramp Playground Summer Camp and Assistant Camp Director. I also served as an Assistant Recreation Leader at Tarken Recreation Center in Oxford Circle. During my time as a Recreation Leader, I was in charge of many programs, such as organizing the after school program, flag football, and ice hockey programs. Part of my duties in the summer included running the summer camp.
This past summer I had the opportunity to work here at St. Jerome Summer Camp. I look forward to welcoming our returning campers as well as welcoming new ones along with our dedicated staff. I have no doubt that St. Jerome Summer Camp will be the same great camp that has served the community for many years. -
